Discover the full range of our limited competition collection with this exclusive test bundle: four "Freeze-Me" tubes, each containing approximately 18g of roasted coffee – perfectly portioned for 300ml in a V60 or pour-over brewer. Freshly roasted after July 7, 2025.

What you can expect:

1. La Clarita – Ethiopian Heirloom – Natural

Rare, complex and aromatic: This Ethiopian variety is a rarity in Colombia and, as a natural, unfolds notes of blueberry, white chocolate, cocoa nibs and vanilla.
Aroma profile : Fruity, sweet, malty – with a clear structure.
Fermentation : Aerobic + anaerobic (108 hours) under pH control in José Giraldo's cold storage.
Special feature : Ethiopian Heirloom – almost exclusively found in our region.


2. Miramar – Caturra – Natural 120 h Anaerobic

An exceptional microlot from the Huila region of Colombia: This exclusive Caturra variety was fermented for 120 hours under anaerobic conditions after careful hand-harvesting. This results in remarkable sensory depth and clarity.
Aroma profile : Ripe red fruits, blueberry and cherry, with a lively, mandarin-like acidity and a creamy-chocolatey texture.
Fermentation : 120 h anaerobic in the whole cherry – completely natural, no added flavoring.
Special feature : Perfect balance of fruity sweetness and juicy acidity through precise fermentation and gentle drying – a modern Colombian premium coffee.


3. Campo Hermoso – Gesha Honey – Mossto

Floral elegance meets modern technology: These Gesha beans have been processed with fermented coffee cherry juice (Mossto) – for a particularly clear and delicate taste.
Aroma profile : Grapefruit, white flowers, green apple, roses.
Fermentation : Honey + Mossto technique for more depth and freshness.
Special feature : No co-ferment – ​​pure use of the coffee cherry.


4. Villa Flor – Pink Bourbon – Honey

A fine microlot from Tolima: The Pink Bourbon variety, processed using the honey method, exhibits exceptional clarity and sweetness.
Aroma profile : Red berries, sugar cane, mandarin orange and dried fruit – bright, sweet and elegant.
Fermentation : Honey method (fruit pulp remains on the bean during drying), intensive fruit cross-linking, no flavoring added.
Special feature : Altitude 1,700-1,800 m, farm size ~10 ha under the management of Maria Jose Arango in the Herreras region, Tolima – Cup Score approx. 87.
