Robusta (variety: Canephora) is not necessarily a worse coffee, as is often assumed. It may not be able to keep up with such a wide variety of aromas as the Arabic varieties, but it has a lot of body and provides a good portion of crema in the espresso due to the higher nitrogen content.

Für alle, die es stark und vollmundig mögen! Der Espresso hat eine unglaubliche Kraft, durch den hohen Robusta-Anteil wie erwartet keine Säure. Die erdigen und leicht nussigen Noten kommen super durch, und das Koffein-Kick ist definitiv spürbar. Ein klasse Kaffee...

Genau der Espresso, den ich gesucht habe! Sehr kräftig im Geschmack, mit einer tollen Tiefe und absolut keiner Säure! einfach perfekt für einen intensiven Espresso. Der hohe Robusta-Anteil sorgt für ordentlich Koffein und eine dicke Crema. Ideal für den Start in den Tag!

Sehr guter Espresso, aber leicht bitter für meinen Geschmack. Die Aromen sind intensiv und die Schokoladennote kommt schön zur Geltung. Perfekt für einen kräftigen Shot am Morgen, aber könnte für meinen Geschmack etwas weicher sein.
